Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. The service

Taylo lets designers create an online storefront, list products, receive orders and generate AI fashion photoshoots. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of significant changes.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the designs, images and text you upload. You give Taylo a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to operate the service, including displaying public items on your store and, if you choose, in the public gallery.

You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

4. AI Studio and credits

• AI Studio uses credits. Each generation spends one credit, and credits are refunded if a generation fails entirely.
• AI output can be imperfect or unexpected. Review results before you rely on or publish them.
• Subject to these terms, you may use photos you generate for your business, including on your store and in marketing.
• Photos are private by default. Making a photo public is an action you take explicitly, and public photos may be seen by anyone.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable unless we say otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Sell or promote illegal, counterfeit, hateful or deceptive goods or content.
• Upload or generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, or content that depicts real people without permission.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to Taylo.
• Use the service to send spam or commit fraud.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Stores, orders and shoppers

Each store is run by an independent designer. When a shopper places an order, the contract for the goods is between the shopper and that store. The store is responsible for product descriptions, pricing, delivery, returns and customer service. Taylo provides the platform and is not the seller of the goods.

7. Fees

Some features are free and others may be paid. We will show prices before you pay and may change them for future purchases with notice. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.

8. Our rights

Taylo, its branding, software and design belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the service as intended.

9. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Taylo reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that AI output will meet your needs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Taylo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You can stop using Taylo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or to protect the service or other users.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Lagos have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept it. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Questions? Email support@taylo.shop.
